NLCM - Mexico

The Estadio Tecnológico is a stadium located in city of Monterrey, Mexicoo.
It is the property of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. The Monterrey Football Club play their home games there, but only rent the space and are not affiliated with the Institute.
The stadium was opened on July 17, 1950 by Mexican president Miguel Alemán Valdés. Originally, it seated 20,000 spectators, but in 1985 it was expanded to 38,000 seats. In the early 90's executive boxes were added which reduced the capacity to its current figure.
The Estadio Tecnológico was a venue for the 1986 Mexico FIFA World Cup, the highest competition in worldwide professional soccer. It will now be home to Tag Team Sportz's National league Certification Management, and the 5 Star Performance Camps.

El Futbol Americano en México ha crecido en los últimos años y los equipos lo han estado demostrando en sus participaciones dentro del territorio americano, en donde diversos entrenadores norteamericanos comentan que los equipos y los jugadores de México juegan muy bien.

El número de atletas en México en el futbol americano ha crecido. Se estima que alrededor de 10,000 atletas practican en lo que antes era considerado el deporte norteamericano. Con más y más jugadores hispanos participando en la NFL, los jóvenes se han inspirado e interesado en jugar este deporte. Con esto, rápidamente los equipos mexicanos han viajado hacia los estados unidos para enfrentar a los equipos norteamericanos, mostrando así su poderío.

Equipos como los Toros de Monterrey, México han cruzado la frontera para participar en esta acción. Equipos mexicanos que cruzan la frontera han desatado ciertas dudas por parte de los equipos americanos, en donde ellos cuestionan su certificación desde que México no ha establecido un sistema de certificación. Cientos de equipos estadounidenses han adoptado el 3er programa de certificación que ofrece la National League Certification Management (NLCM). El programa fue diseñado para nivelar el campo de juego y para eliminar la sombra de la duda que ha plagado a las organizaciones de deportes para jóvenes por décadas. Como un sistema adoptado recientemente por México, les dará a los jugadores hispanos la oportunidad de jugar en los estados unidos contra otros equipos certificados.

Héctor Donato, un entrenador de futbol americano, así como un excelente hombre de negocios, su sueño de tener más atletas mexicanos compitiendo en los estados unidos se está volviendo realidad. Héctor es el recién nombrado Director Nacional de la National League Certification Management en México, la meta de Héctor es tomar en cuenta el proceso de la certificación de la NLCM y desarrollar un proceso de certificación estandarizado alrededor de todo el país. Todos los equipos que deseen competir en los estados unidos tendrán la oportunidad con la NLCM y así mismo los equipos americanos que deseen viajar a México tendrán la seguridad de competir con las mismas condiciones de juego. México llevara a cabo dos eventos importantes en este 2012 con el apoyo de la NLCM, es seguro que esto atraerá la mirada de miles espectadores y equipos mexicanos.

En el pasado algunos equipos mexicanos no tuvieron la oportunidad de realizar un viaje hacia los estados unidos por algunas razones o algunos no han tenido la oportunidad de jugar un partido contra un equipo estadounidense. Héctor Donato es un visionario que no solo está planeando traer uniformidad al deporte mediante la certificación y la competencia nacional, sino que ahora está planeando darle la oportunidad a los atletas a un campo de entrenamiento (training camp) muy al estilo de los estados unidos, como el 5 Star Performance Camp y el 5 Star Performance Academy llevados a cabo dentro de los estados unidos. Los 5 Star Performance Camps están diseñados para proveer la exposición de atletas que estén en secundaria. Todos los atletas serán expuestos a pruebas de velocidad, rapidez, explosividad, fuerza y habilidades, al mismo tiempo serán instruidos por profesionales. Con los datos de cada atleta, las preparatorias a nivel nacional e internacional podrán observar y ofrecer un interés por el jugador.

Por último pero no menos importante, los atletas competirán en un 1-on-1 competition! El 5 Star Performance Academy es un programa de formación específica que está diseñado para darle las herramientas y facilidades a cada deportista para competir en un nivel superior.

¡Cuidado mundo! México demostrara que tiene lo que se necesita para ser clasificado entre los mejores del mundo en el pasatiempo favorito de América.

NLCM League Certification is GOING "GREEN"!

The concept of NLCM League certification is a simple one. 3rd party verification ensure teams compete on a level playing field. The NLCM League Certification does something that is quite good. The program performs a face to face verification of documentation, weight and provides a report that verifies compliance. NLCM is made up of professionals and business partners with a very noble goal. That goal is the promotion of a better world and a better life for those that utilize our program.



The value of 3rd party certification is very obvious. It provides checks and balances for leagues which eliminates any claims of foul play. It couldn't be more simple.



With the help of our new technology partnership with the Gwynn Group, NLCM would like to announce that this 2011 season will be the kick start of NLCM going GREEN! NLCM is encouraging all league to utilize our state of the art technology, and promote the use of the "Play it Safe" identification card and throw away the league books which utilizes a tremendous amount of paper to produce. Having on-line access to league books and smart phone friendly information sharing services will make this new movement all the more attractive to leagues around the world. The idea will hopefully spread, and the effort to change how we all do business will be advanced.



There will be many phases to the Green transition, and we are proud to start it this fall season. Our goal is to provide a service that changes leagues, communites, and a nation.
